North Korea still poses a nuclear threat although to some the threat is not so much a military action but might be the brokering of capabilities to other actors. Should it be a concern. Before N. Korea or Iran get the nuclear capability to deliver a first military strike should some actions be taken to curb this global threat?

North Korea and military nuclear threat. Not since many of us were young children have we had to worry about this? Will our children be sheltering under their desks during air raid simulations? Can something be done? Will they broker their technology to some bad actors (also see Carnegie Endowment for International Peace)
